Day 1:

Welcome to the beautiful country of Sri Lanka! As soon as you arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be greeted by your private chauffeur guide who will escort you to Colombo. Day 2: Colombo / Pinnawala / Sigiriya

In the morning proceed to Sigiriya and enjoy a relish & scenic journey to countries rich cultural triangle.

Looking for an adventure that will take your breath away? Then look no further than Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage! This incredible sanctuary is home to the largest herd of captive elephants in the world, giving visitors the chance to observe these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Day 3: Sigiriya / Anuradhapura / Mihintale

A visit to Anuradhapura, the first capital of Sri Lanka in the 3rd century BC, is an opportunity to discover a unique and fascinating part of history. Start your morning with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before heading out on a 2.5-hour city tour. The ancient ruins and monuments in Anuradhapura will captivate you as you explore this remarkable city’s past and present.

The influence of Buddhism which transformed this island has produced magnificent architecture as seen in the massive Dagabas, the ornate pleasure gardens and palaces decorated with excellent sculptures. This Bodhi tree was grown from the same tree under which Prince Siddhartha meditated in Bodh Gaya India where he attained enlightenment and became known as The Buddha.

Mihintale is a must-visit destination for those looking to explore the rich history of Sri Lanka. Located just 1.5 hours away from Anuradhapura, this mountain peak is steeped in myth and legend. According to local folklore, it was here that Buddhism was first introduced to the island by Buddhist monk Mahinda, who met with King Devanampiyatissa on this site. With its ancient ruins and tranquil atmosphere, Mihintale offers a unique experience, unlike any other place in Sri Lanka.

Day 4: Sigiriya / Dambulla / Kandy

Kandy, the ancient capital of Ceylon, is a beautiful destination to explore. From the majestic Temple of Tooth Relic to the stunning Knuckles Mountain Range. Make your way to Kandy in the morning and spend at least 3.5 hours immersing yourself in its history, culture, and sights.

Day 5: Kandy / Nuwara Eliya 

Get ready to take a journey through some of Sri Lanka’s most breathtaking landscapes – lush rolling hills, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant tea plantations. Set off from your starting point after breakfast, and be prepared for an approximately two-and-a-half to three-hour picturesque drive to Nuwara Eliya. Make sure to stop at the beautiful Ramboda Waterfall along the way!

Take a journey to the tea plantations of Sri Lanka, where you can experience the time-honored traditions of producing some of the world’s finest Ceylon tea. Escorted by a knowledgeable guide, you will explore the process of making this unique beverage, from harvesting the leaves to packaging and shipping. Day 6: Nuwara Eliya / Kitulgala

In the morning take an excursion to Kitulgala, Kithulagal is a small town in the west of Sri Lanka. experience White Water Rafting in the picturesque Kelani River, covering 5 major rapids and 4 minor rapids. This activity is for anyone above the age of 10 years old. A comprehensive safety briefing will be given by our rafting instructors beforehand. The river and its surrounding will make you feel enchanted.

Day 7: Nuwara Eliya / Ella by Train 

In the afternoon engage in a scenic train ride to Nuwara Eliya, train departs by Kandy at 8.15 am reach Nanua oya  12.10 pm 

Ella Odyssey Train will stop at the below Photo locations (during Kandy to Ella)

Experience the wonder of whale watching with an early morning adventure. Starting at 6:00 am from the hotel, you’ll board a boat at the Mirissa Harbour for a 6:30 am departure. Enjoy a packed breakfast and bottled water while you watch these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Get ready for an unforgettable experience!

Day 11: Mirissa / Galle / Depature

Today is the day you depart from Sri Lanka and continue your journey. You will be picked up from the hotel in a comfortable car and driven to Colombo airport, a journey of 2.5 hours. Rest assured that your driver is experienced and knows the routes well so that you can enjoy a stress-free ride to the airport with plenty of time to check in for your departure flight.

Galle, a stunningly beautiful city located on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, has a long and rich history. Its centerpiece, the Galle Fort, was constructed in 1588 by the Portuguese and then fortified by the Dutch in 1663. This impressive structure is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers visitors an incredible opportunity to explore its ancient walls and buildings.
